We Stand Behind Our Service and Products

 

We know that the loan process can be stressful.  We believe that part of that stress stems from poorly communicated service standards and varying levels of service provided by members of our profession.  We believe in the quality of our work and would like you to know what you can expect from us.

 

1.  We will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate at the beginning of the loan process.  Your final lender charges will not exceed the Good Faith Estimate.

 

2.  If you’re purchasing a home, your purchase contract will indicate the deadlines for Appraisal and Loan Commitment.  We will ensure that the deadlines per the original sales contract will be met and communicated to any real estate agents involved in the purchase.

 

3.  Final loan figures will be available to the settlement company no less than 3 business days prior to closing.

 

4.  If you’re purchasing a home, your purchase contract will indicate the day you will close on your new home.  Your loan will close on the date specified in the contract.

 

If we fail to meet any of these standards or if at anytime during the transaction, you are not 100% satisfied that you’re getting the best service and that all of your needs are being met, including the type of the loan and the cost of the loan, we’ll be happy to transfer your loan to the lender of your choice or credit you $500 towards our closing fees.
