Just a note
to tell you we are very grateful for your help in securing a
refinance loan. You helped us when others could not or gave up. You
helped us at a time in our lives when it was the most critical and
difficult time to have access to our equity. Thank you!
We had two other local mortgage brokers try to find a refinance loan
for us. However, they dismissed us because our income to expense
ratio was not good enough and they determined could not help us.
Like too many people these days we had a history of good credit but,
our income situation had changed suddenly and dramatically with our
departure from an established high level corporate career. More than
ever, we needed access to our home’s equity to start a new business,
a new career and move on with life. We knew our situation was going
to be difficult in terms of the refinance qualifying criteria.
You were compassionate in listening to our situation, knowledgeable
